  3. Yes! Cartagena is definitely one of the most beautiful cities in South America. I also love Cusco, Rio de Janeiro and Salvador de Bahia. Those are my favorite cities! In Colombia I wouldn’t miss Cali. It’s not that beautiful but it’s a lot of fun! It’s the capital of salsa!
