From its prime location overlooking the crashing aquamarine Pacific, Sea4Two offers stunning views and a convenient home base for everything from relaxation to revelry.

Just a 10-minute drive from the California border with Baja, Mexico, and 30-minute drive  from San Diego, this charming villa in San Antonio Delmar offers unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean and nearby Coronado Island.

Sea4Two offers a private oceanfront villa 15 miles south of San Diego, close to golf, galleries, restaurants, shopping, spas, Wi-Fi, DirectTV, and more.

The villa has an expansive, open floor plan with a full-service kitchen fitted with high-end appliances and cabinetry and granite counters, living area complete with exquisitely hand-made wooden doors, working fireplace and cathedral beamed ceiling, plus a separate en suite bedroom and a second full bathroom.

But the pièce de résistance is the enormous ocean-view terrace with steps down to the beach.

Owners Loretta and Joe Taylor, who live in the villa above, are the most gracious of hosts.  They offer a variety of personal services to accommodate their guests’ needs or desires:

  • Pick up from either San Diego or Tijuana airport
  • Information about things to do locally, or in nearby Rosarito, Ensenada, Tijuana, and the wine country; assistance in booking activities; will even accompany, if desired
  • Restaurant recommendations and reservations
  • Procure theater tickets
  • Provide a car on premises for rental

San Antonia Delmar a is strategically located for easy access to myriad cultural and culinary experiences; horseback riding and pulsing nightlife Rosarito Beach is just a 15-minute drive south; fine dining and shopping in Tijuana 30 minutes east; La Bufadora blowhole, the wine country, and Ensenada are one hour south.
